РОЛЬ ИНФЕКЦИОННЫХ АГЕНТОВ В ВОЗНИКНОВЕНИИ ЗЛОКАЧЕСТВЕННЫХ ОПУХОЛЕЙ

Аннотация
Согласно данным Международного агентства по изучению рака (МАИР), как минимум шесть видов вирусов (HPV, EBV, HHV-8/KSHV, HTLV-1, HBV, HCV), четыре вида гельминтов (Schistosoma haematobium и japonicum, Opisthorchis viverrini, Clonorchis sinensis) и один вид бактерий (Helicobacter pylori) достоверно способны приводить к развитию рака. Анализ имеющихся данных показывает, что потенциальными этиологическими агентами рака могут также быть полиомавирус клеток Меркеля (MCV), вирус простого герпеса (HSV), полиомавирус Джона Каннингема (JCV), обезьяний вирус 40 (SV40), цитомегаловирус (CMV), ксенотропный вирус мышиной лейкемии (XMRV), Helicobacter bilis и hepaticus, Campylobacter jejuni, Fusobacterium varium, энтеропатогенная Escherichia coli, энтеротоксигенный Bacteroides fragilis, Bacteroides vulgatus, Prevotella spp., Streptococcus bovis и anginosus, Treponema denticola, Salmonella typhi, paratyphi и typhimurium, Borrelia burgdorferi, Bartonella spp., Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Chlamydia pneumoniae, trachomatis и psittaci, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Propionibacterium acnes, Tropheryma whippelii, Schistosoma mansoni, Opistorchis felineus, Strongyloides stercoralis, Taenia solium, Candida spp., Paracoccidioides brasiliensis, Histoplasma capsulatum и Trichomonas vaginalis. Очевидно, что выявление новых связей между инфекционными агентами и риском развития рака будет способствовать прогрессу в разработке профилактических мер, методов ранней диагностики и, вероятно, способов лечения злокачественных опухолей.
