Information about factors and conditions of formation of nonculturable cells and their resuscitation is analyzed. Of particular interest is information of biohazard of nonculturable cells that are hard to isolate by traditional means from organisms, the environment, foodstuffs etc. Knowledge about this is valuable for detection live microbes from clinical samples, levels of viable but nonculturable cells in vaccine and probiotic preparations, culture collections.</p>
д. Знания об этом явлении ценны для детекции живых микробов при изучении клинических образцов, уровня жизнеспособных некультивируемых клеток в препаратах вакцин, пробиотиков, музейных культур и др.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>viable but nonculturable microbes</kwd><kwd>conditions of entry and resuscitation</kwd><kwd>biohazard</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>жизнеспособные некультивируемые микробы</kwd><kwd>условия перехода — выхода</kwd><kwd>биоопасность</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>1.
