Study of the molecular and genetic features of the MRSA, causative agents of purulent diseases at cancer patients. Materials and methods. In the work were used - bacteriological method, molecular genetic methods (PCR, M-PCR, sequencing). Results. MRSA share among staphylococcal infections at cancer patients in 2003 - 2007 has made 37,6%, and in 2010 - 2015 has increased up to 51,3%. At a research of molecular and genetic features of the allocated MRS A ] strains, have established, existence of two main clones: ST239/spa3(t037)/SCCmecIIIA and ST8/ . spal(t008)/SCCmecIVc. Representatives of clones differed in resistance level to antibiotics. Conclusion. In cancer patients in Krasnoyarsk, the distribution of two variants of MRSA-ST239Kra$ and ST8Kras, corresponding to the variants common in the Krasnoyarsk region, was revealed. i</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Цель. Изучение молекулярно-генетических особенностей MRSA, вызывающих гнойно-воспалительные осложнения у онкологических больных. Материалы и методы. В работе использованы бактериологический метод, молекулярно-генетические методы - ПЦР. М-ПЦР, секвенирование. Результаты. Доля MRSA среди стафилококковых инфекций у онкологических больных в 2003 - 2007 гг. составила 37,6%, а в 2010 - 2015 гг. возросла до 51.3%. При исследовании молекулярно-генетических особенностей выделенных штаммов MRSA установили наличие двух основных клонов: ST239/spa3(t037)/SCCmecIfIA и ST8/ spai(t008)/SCCmecIVc. Представители клонов отличались уровнем резистентности к антибактериальным препаратам. Заключение.
