Adhesive ability, antagonistic activity, pathogenicity and persistence factors, antibiotics resistance are described. The role of non-pathogenic corynebacteria in the formation of microbiocenoses of human body and realization of colonization resistance is shown on an example of vaginal biotope.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В обзоре рассмотрены микроорганизмы рода Corynebacterium как компонент единой микроэкологической системы человека в контексте взаимодействия их с макроорганизмом, доминантными и ассоциативными микроорганизмами в условиях нормо- и патоценоза. Описаны адгезивная способность, антагонистическая активность, факторы патогенности и персистенции, антибиотикорезистентность.
