receptors are presented. These receptors recognize normal intestine microflora in physiological
conditions, and this interaction is necessary for the maintenance of homeostasis and damage
reparation of the intestine, for the induction of heat shock cytoprotective proteins. As a side effect
in disruption of immunologic tolerance and misbalance of protective immunological mechanisms,
multiorgan pathologic changes of organs and tissues may develop, including chronic inflammation
processes of various localization.</p>
В качестве побочного эффекта при срыве иммунологической толерантности и дисбалансе защитных иммунологических механизмов могут развиваться полиорганные патологические изменения органов и тканей, включая хронические воспалительные процессы различной локализации.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>commensal microflora</kwd><kwd>opportunistic microorganisms</kwd><kwd>pattern recognition receptors</kwd><kwd>cytoprotective proteins</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>комменсальная микрофлора</kwd><kwd>условно патогенные микроорганизмы</kwd><kwd>образраспознающие рецепторы</kwd><kwd>цитопротекторные белки</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Бехало В.А., Бондаренко В.М.
